In order to ensure your Land Rover Defender or Discovery receives the ultimate DINITROL corrosion protection treatment application the following process is always followed:
- Step One: DINITROL® RC900 All corroded areas and surface rust areas are identified and all surface rust deposits are completely removed. We apply DINITROL® RC900 – a specialist rust convertor & primer that turns rust on your 4×4 off-road vehicle substrates into a stable organic iron complex.
- Step Two: DINITROL® ML is applied into your 4×4 off-road vehicle chassis, box sections, door pillars and sills ensuring a 360° degree coverage is applied inside the vehicle panel cavity areas.
- Step Three: DINITROL® 4941 The final stage is applying an underbody sealant with excellent sound deadening properties. DINITROL® 4941 black underbody coating provides protection against stone chips. The black underbody coating ensures your 4×4 off-road vehicle is no longer exposed to the weather, including surface rainwater and ingress.
