Our DINITROL underseal rustproofing and protection is a 3 day process beginning with a pressure wash and steam clean of the vehicle followed by a inspection to enable the best course of action. A vehicle will not be undersealed if any damage or repair work is required this will be carried out first. All wheels are removed along with any plastic panels or under trays for example wheel liners or engine trays. Any surface rust is cleaned and treated with DINITROL Rust Convertor RC900 to provide a good base to carry out the waxing.
We then apply DINITROL ML to all cavities including: chassis rails, sills, double skins, bottoms of doors, under bonnet support rails and any other requested areas that require protecting with a spray gun and flexible lances. This process is followed up with DINITROL 4942 to underseal and wax the underbody of the vehicle protecting your asset for the future. After an inspection the plastics, under trays and wheels are refitted and the vehicle is cleaned ready to return to the customer.
All through the underseal and protection process photographs are constantly being taken so the customer has a visual record for the vehicles history, these are usually emailed but can be processed if required. During the 3 day process a free courtesy car is available for use by the customer if required. At Rochdale Vehicle Rustproofing – Duke Street Garage we carry out DINITROL underseal and protection on a wide range of vehicles old and new including sports cars, 4×4 off road vehicles, motorhomes and trailers.
Only DINITROL products are used when we underseal any vehicle.
