The glass adhesion activator DINITROL 540 is a solvent based, physical, reactive drying colourless activator for the bonding of plastic part in the automotive industry. DINITROL 540 is mainly designed to promotes the adhesion on the cut face on old polyurethane adhesives and to promote the PU-RIM encapsulated automotive glasses which are bonded with direct glazing system from DINOL: Pre-treatment for cut-face on old polyurethane adhesive, Pre-treatment for PU-RIM.
